The collection of information, including your account and phone details via initial contact, constitutes an agreement for communication via email and SMS, provided your company has authorized SMS use.

Privacy & Electronic Communications
Your use of the Site is subject to JustChair's Privacy Policy. Visiting the Site or sending emails constitutes electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
JustChair sells via dealers, contractors, and designers. Returns and refunds are handled via stock products only, with a 25% restock fee. Custom products are non-refundable.

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JustChair or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site strictly in accordance with these terms.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. Class arbitrations and class/representative actions are not permitted.
