We replace all the products which are damaged in transit or manufacturer defects. Please following our procedure.

We accept returned goods from the quick ship program and we charge a restocking fees of 25% and return shipping costs. All items should be in their original boxes and re-saleable condition (unused). All customized items are not returnable.

Just Chairs and More warrants all JCM products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship as follow:

• German Beech Wood Furniture: 5 years from the date of purchase
• Welded Steel Structure: 5 years from the date of purchase
• Powder Coated Stacking Furniture: 5 years from the date of purchase
• TBX Table Base: 5 years from the date of purchase
• Aluminum, Outdoor & Chrome Furniture: 1 years from the date of purchase

From the original date of purchase, by the original purchaser or JCM dealers unless otherwise noted.

JCM 's warranty responsibility is limited to the cost of replacement or repair (at JCM's discretion) of the JCM products. FOB factory.

WOOD STANDARDS, REGULATIONS & EXCEPTIONS

U.S. commercial standards and regulations require us to advise the customer that a wood product may experience some degree of warpage and thickness variation. We do not warranty warpage.

Customer assumes responsibility for normal wear and tear. Products sold as 'closeouts', 'as-is' and 'used' have no warranties. JCM is not responsible for warranty claims reported after 30 days from first recognition of the issue by the end-user.

JCM sells all products via dealers, designers, contractors and consultants. This ensures that every product is sold with expertise and locally supported. We are happy to assist anyone with layout, design and planning. Our manufacturer representatives can also provide referrals to local consultants.
